ABOUT OUR FOUNDER & CEO

Inspired by her passion and commitment to bringing out the best in individuals, leaders and their teams, Pauline McFarlane has followed a career spanning over 3 decades working with organisations and businesses to enhance their bottom line – productivity, profitability and sustainability, recognising that success can only be achieved by investing in their most expensive asset, their people.

Pauline’s background in Psychology and Human Resource Management, together with her unrelenting curiosity about human interaction in the workplace and understanding these complex relationships, has led her on her own transformational journey into working with people in different spaces. As a Business Psychologist, Coach and Mentor, utilising her counselling skills, Pauline is able to open up a confidential space in a therapeutic setting where clients can explore themselves and develop strategies to support them in clarifying and achieving their goals.

Pauline is a graduate in Psychology and also holds a Master of Science degree in Occupational Psychology, gained from the University of London, Goldsmiths College. She is ILM qualified and is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), as well as holding a Postgraduate Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling. Pauline’s skills and experience extend to delivering a range of management development and training events to diverse audiences. She is a qualified Coach, experienced Mentor and a qualified Personality and Skills Assessor.

Pauline is the mother of 3 amazing children and grandmother to an adorable grandson.
